This afternoon Chelsea Football Club were finally given the Barclays Premier League Trophy at Stamford Bridge after thier 3-1 home win over Sunderland. The Blues had to come from behind to win the game after Stephen Fletcher had given Sunderland the lead against the run of play.
A Diego Costa penalty and two Loic Remy goals eventually saw the Blues over the line.
